Senior Campaign & Project Manager [FTC 3 Months]

🎯 THE ROLE

MYTHOSMKRS is hiring a Senior Campaign & Project Manager to lead a high-profile, culture-first campaign across social, creators, and live activation. 

You will act as the central delivery lead across all workstreams, owning timelines, coordination, and accountability in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Your job is to ensure the campaign runs smoothly, risks are managed early, and delivery standards remain high.

This is a full-time, 3-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension based on performance. You will report directly to the Founder & Managing Director.

👤 WHO YOU ARE

You’ve run six figure integrated campaigns before and understand the operational realities of social, influencer and live activation work. You are calm under pressure and clear in communication. You have:

  • 5+ years agency or brand-side experience

  • Proven project leadership across social, influencer and event-led campaigns

  • Experience managing event suppliers and production partners

  • Confidence running brand-facing meetings independently

  • Strong risk management instincts. You escalate early, not late

  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders, including creative teams and third parties

  • A bias for ownership, accountability and delivery discipline

You are comfortable owning the room and holding boundaries when required. You do not need to be the loudest voice in the room. You need to be the most reliable. This role is about structured delivery leadership.

🎥 WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead campaign delivery across social, creator and event workstreams

  • Act as the central delivery spine across all moving parts

  • Own timelines, workback schedules and cross-team coordination

  • Run weekly client status meetings with confidence and clarity

  • Manage creators and production partners

  • Track risk, surface issues early and propose solutions

  • Coordinate internal team members and allocate workload clearly

🤝 CONTRACT DETAILS

  • Full-time

  • 3-month fixed-term contract

  • Immediate start preferred

  • Competitive FTC salary (pro-rated)

  • Potential extension based on performance and business pipeline
